IMAGES OF OUR PAST - THE BERTHA THEATER - SOUTH JACKSON STREET, DUBLIN, GEORGIA


The Bertha Theater, located at the corner of South Jackson Street and the South Franklin Street (southeast corner of courthouse square was built in 1913.  It was the premiere movie, vaudeville, theatrical, musical and wrestling arena in Dublin in it burned in 1918.
