IMAGES OF OUR PAST - DAIRY QUEEN - EAST JACKSON STREET - DUBLIN, GEORGIA

On tomorrow night, November 26, 2016, Dublin's
oldest existing fast food restaurant will close, albeit temporarily.

The building, which was opened in March 1953, will be torn
down and replaced by new building at the rear
of the old building.

I remember running across East Jackson Street from the bowling alley to get an ice cream cone at the walk up window with a quarter my daddy gave me.He was bowling on league night. It must have been around 1970.
