Scott Thompson in the picture of south Calhoun Street is the Burch sisters house visible in that picture? Do you have any pictures of their house when the street was dirt?

Roger, the house you are inquiring about is barely visible over the roof of the first house on the left. I assume this picture was taken right after that first house was moved from the corner to that spot. It was first built on the corner in 1904. The Reese family moved it one lot over and built a two story brick house on the corner in 1914. The brick house is now owned by the Belotes and is their office. The Burch house was then the third house from the corner on Calhoun Street.

That should be Deese family not Reese. Stupid autocorrect!
