Former Dublin High and Valdosta State star running back Cedric O'Neal, scored a touchdown and rushed for 78 yards in 15 carries to lead the Ottowa Redblacks over Toronto Argos. The Redblacks ended the Canadian Football League pre-season undefeated at 2-0.
