SHINE ON, SHOE SHINE MAN - There was usually a long line at the shoe shine stand (similar to the of one show on the left) Charlie Williams. Beside his stand, Charlie kept a five-gallon can. But there was no shine in the can, at least not the shine he was supposed to be selling. The can was filled with moonshine.
