ITS RAINING, WHY? - The October 16, 1920 issue of "The Oakland Tribune" carried an article about a mysterious event in Dublin, Georgia. It seemed that in the middle of the day with no clouds in the sky, it began to rain on the sidewalk in front of a bank building. The janitor inspected the building and found that the water was not coming from the building. It seemed to be forming a short distance off the ground and would often fall in large droplets. The mysterious rain continued for days at a time and randomly over a period of years. Scientists came from all over the country to study the cause of the rain. Suddenly the rain stopped.
