I remember this well! A man kept yelling about the sale of the Panama Canal, and Sen Nunn ga e a couple of reasons for his position and then told the man he would talk to him at the end of the route...no staff member intervening, no igno ring, etc. I was just a kid in the crowd, but that experience made a lasting impression on me. Times have certainly changed.
