THE COVETED GREEN JACKETS OF THE MASTERS TOURNAMENT - IN 1978, J.P. STEVENS & CO. OF EAST DUBLIN BEGAN THE MANUFACTURING OF THE GREEN CLOTH USED IN THE MAKING OF THE JACKETS FOR THE MASTERS CHAMPIONSHIP. THE FIRST TO WEAR A DUBLIN JACKET WAS FUZZY ZOELLER AND SEVE BALLESTEROS, THEN SUCH ICONS AS JACK NICKLAUS, TIGER WOODS, AND PHIL MICKELSON. THE BOLT OF CLOTH WAS LARGE ENOUGH TO MAKE THE SAME JACKET WELL INTO THE FUTURE.
